Amundi Physical Metals: Final Terms for Gold ETC Issuance
Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for its latest issuance of ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The issuance involves 695,000 ETC Securities, marking it as Tranche 621 of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC series. The ETC Securities are linked to the price of gold, offering exposure to this precious metal.
The current issuance increases the aggregate number of ETC Securities in the series to 48,432,455. The series was initially launched on May 23, 2019, with the current tranche issued on November 25, 2024. Scheduled to mature in May 2118, the securities offer an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces per ETC Security.
The issued securities will be listed on major exchanges such as Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, and the London Stock Exchange. The estimated total net proceeds from this issuance amount to approximately USD 73.5 million. The offer aims to provide investors with a secured investment linked to gold price movements.
