Amundi Physical Metals Finalizes ETC Securities Terms

Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for its Physical Gold ETC securities, marking the issuance of 190,000 ETC Securities, known as Tranche 787. Effective December 2, 2025, these securities are part of the company's Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The securities are issued with a metal entitlement set initially at 0.04 fine troy ounces.

The tranche, approved by the board on April 25, 2019, boasts a nominal amount of USD 5.085 per ETC Security and a Total Expense Ratio of 0.12% per annum. The securities are scheduled to mature on May 23, 2118, with applications for trading on multiple international exchanges, including Euronext Paris, London Stock Exchange, and Borsa Italiana.

The authorized participants include prominent entities such as HSBC Bank plc and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC. The securities will provide investors with an opportunity to gain exposure to gold prices through this regulated, exchange-traded vehicle.
