Amundi Physical Metals Issues New Gold ETC Securities

On January 16, 2025, Amundi Physical Metals plc released final terms for the issuance of new ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This issuance includes 346,500 securities within Tranche 645 of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC series.

The ETC Securities are linked to the price of gold, offering investors a means to gain exposure to the precious metal. The program stipulates an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces, adjusted to 0.03968891 as of the trade date for this tranche.

With an issue date set for January 16, 2025, the scheduled maturity date extends to May 23, 2118. The securities will be traded on major exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Amsterdam, and the London Stock Exchange.

The authorized participants for these ETC Securities include HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC, among others. The offer aims to cater to investors in Austria, France, Germany, and other select European markets.
