Amundi Physical Metals: Launch of New Gold ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the issuance of 13,000 ETC Securities, marking Tranche 728 under their Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The new tranche, part of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC series, has been issued following the contractual terms established in the base prospectuses of 2019 and 2025.
The issue date of this tranche is set for 30 July 2025, with an aggregate number of 62,228,359 ETC Securities in the series. Each security is linked to gold with a metal entitlement of 0.03966346 fine troy ounces at the subscription trade date. The scheduled maturity extends to 23 May 2118.
The ETC Securities have received admissions for trading on several major markets, including Euronext Paris, Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, and the London Stock Exchange. With a total expense ratio of 0.12% per annum and a nominal amount of USD 5.085, the securities are positioned to attract investors seeking exposure to gold prices, as highlighted in the issuer's prospectus.
