Amundi Physical Metals plc Announces UK Final Terms for Gold ETC

Amundi Physical Metals plc has published the final terms for its issuance of 70,000 ETC Securities under its Amundi Physical Gold ETC programme. This tranche, numbered 758, adds to the 64,487,759 securities already part of this series. The new issuance reflects Amundi’s ongoing strategy to offer investment products linked to the price of gold.

The ETC Securities have been listed on several major stock exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Amsterdam, the Deutsche Börse, and the London Stock Exchange. The nominal amount per security is set at USD 5.085, with a total expense ratio of 0.12% per annum. The Securities aim to provide investors exposure to gold price fluctuations up to their maturity date in 2118.

The issuance has been approved by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority under the UK Prospectus Regulation. Firms like HSBC Bank plc and Jane Street Financial Limited are among the authorized participants. The securities are structured as exchange-traded, secured, limited recourse investments linked to gold.
