Amundi Physical Metals plc a publié les conditions définitives de ses ETC dans le cadre de son programme de titres ETC garantis indexés sur métaux précieux. L'émission comprend 873 000 nouveaux ETC, constituant la tranche 682 de l'ETC Amundi Physical Gold.
La valeur nominale initiale du métal est fixée à 0,04 once troy fine, ajustée à 0,03967756 à la date de souscription. Ces titres, dont l'échéance est fixée au 23 mai 2018, ont un montant nominal de 5,085 USD, soit 10 % du prix d'émission, et portent intérêt à 0,051 USD.
Les participants autorisés comprennent des entités financières majeures telles que HSBC Bank plc et Merrill Lynch International. L'une des principales caractéristiques de la série est son ratio de frais totaux compétitif de 0,12 % par an.
Les titres ETC sont cotés sur Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, London Stock Exchange et le système international de cotation de la bourse mexicaine.
