Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms Announcement

Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for a new tranche of its Physical Gold ETC under the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This issuance involves 712,000 ETC Securities and represents Tranche 629 of the series. The total number of ETC Securities outstanding post-issuance will be 49,898,155.

The initial metal entitlement per ETC Security at issuance was set at 0.04 fine troy ounces, with an adjustment to 0.03969361 for the current tranche. This issuance is adopted under the Base Prospectus dated May 3, 2024, complemented by a supplementary document released in July 2024.

This offering aims to provide investors exposure to the price of gold and is aligned with regulations that allow future listing or trading on multiple European stock exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Amsterdam, and the London Stock Exchange. The total expense ratio for these securities is set at 0.12% annually.
