Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for the issuance of a new tranche of its Gold Exchange Traded Commodities (ETC). This tranche, part of their Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme, consists of 250,000 securities and is labeled as Tranche 886. The securities are linked to gold, offering investors exposure to gold prices.
The total number of ETC securities following this issuance is 67,827,037. Each security initially represents 0.04 fine troy ounces of gold. The scheduled maturity date extends to 23 May 2118. The Total Expense Ratio stands at 0.12% annually.
These ETCs are authorized for trading across various exchanges including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, and the London Stock Exchange. Regulatory approval for the base prospectus was granted by the Central Bank of Ireland, and the key authorized participants include major financial entities like HSBC Bank and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC.
