Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms for Gold ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc has issued the final terms for its ETC Securities under the Amundi Physical Gold ETC program. The new series, Tranche 655, consists of 72,500 securities. This issuance adds to the already existing 56,440,359 ETC Securities, bringing additional exposure to gold prices.
The series, with ISIN FR0013416716, is structured under regulatory frameworks since its series issue date in May 2019. The scheduled maturity date is set for May 2118. Board approval for issuing these securities was obtained in April 2019.
HSBC Bank and Merrill Lynch International, among others, are authorized participants. A total expense ratio of 0.12% per annum applies to these securities. They will trade on major exchanges including Euronext Paris and London Stock Exchange, aiming for a global market presence.
