Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms for Gold-Linked Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for its Amundi Physical Gold ETC. Issued under the Secured Precious Metals Linked ETC Securities Programme, this issuance consists of 130,000 securities, forming part of Tranche 890. These securities provide exposure linked to gold prices.
The tranche, effective from 6 August 2026, contributes to a total of 68,198,037 securities for the series. Initial metal entitlement is set at 0.04 fine troy ounces, adjusting to 0.03961495 for this subscription.
The securities will have a scheduled maturity in May 2118 and are slated for trading on major exchanges, including Euronext Paris, the London Stock Exchange, and the Deutsche Börse.
Currently, the total expense ratio stands at 0.12% annually, with the nominal amount per security pegged at USD 5.085. The offer is open in various EU countries, aiming to enhance holders’ exposure to gold price fluctuations.
