Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms Issuance
Amundi Physical Metals plc has released its final terms for the issuance of 644,000 ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. Dubbed as Tranche 692, these Securities aim to provide investors with exposure to the price of gold. The aggregate total post-issuance will reach nearly 61 million ETC securities, each linked to a specific metal entitlement.
The Securities are scheduled to mature in 2118, marking a long-term commitment to investors. At a nominal amount of USD 5.085, the Securities present a Total Expense Ratio of 0.12% per annum. Authorised participants including major financial entities like HSBC and BNP Paribas facilitated the offer, which complies with Prospectus Regulation standards.
The Securities will be listed on major exchanges, including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange, estimating net proceeds of USD 82.66 million. This initiative continues Amundi's strategy to provide robust gold-linked investment opportunities.
