Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms of Gold ETC Securities Issuance
Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for the issuance of 70,000 ETC Securities, marking Tranche 896 of its Amundi Physical Gold ETC. This new tranche, set under their Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme, is part of the series initially issued on May 23, 2019. The newly issued ETC Securities will have an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces.
The issuance is scheduled for August 14, 2026, with a maturity date set for May 23, 2118. HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, and Flow Traders B.V. are among the authorized participants. The securities will be traded on major European stock exchanges and the Mexican Stock Exchange.
The offering, aimed at those seeking exposure to gold prices, is preceded by a total expense ratio of 0.12% per annum. These securities are part of a non-exempt offer across multiple European countries.
