Amundi Physical Metals Plc Finalizes Terms for Gold ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals Plc has announced the final terms for the issuance of their new tranche of ETC Securities under the Amundi Physical Gold ETC series. This tranche, numbered 808, consists of 190,000 ETC Securities. These securities are a part of a secured precious metal-linked program aimed at providing investors with exposure to the price of gold.

The initial metal entitlement for this tranche is set at 0.03964116 fine troy ounces. The issue date for this tranche is scheduled for January 19, 2026, with a maturity date set for May 23, 2118. Authorised participants for this issuance include HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, Flow Traders B.V., Optiver VOF, and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC.

The ETC Securities have been admitted to trading on multiple exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, and the London Stock Exchange, among others. The total expense ratio for the securities stands at 0.12% per annum, with the nominal amount per security valued at USD 5.085. This issuance is part of a broader strategy by Amundi to offer investors direct exposure to gold as an asset class.
