Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for a new tranche of its Physical Gold ETC under the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. Effective from August 7, 2025, this issuance involves 32,000 ETC Securities, representing Tranche 733 of the series.
The Initial Metal Entitlement per ETC Security is set at 0.04 fine troy ounces, with a Subscription Trade Date entitlement of 0.03966216. Notably, this tranche brings the aggregate number of ETC Securities in the series to 62,130,359.00 following the issuance.
The scheduled maturity for these securities is on May 23, 2118, marking a long-term investment horizon. The total expense ratio is registered at 0.12% per annum, with a nominal amount of USD 5.085 and a specified interest amount of USD 0.051.
The ETC Securities are to be listed on multiple markets including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, the Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, London Stock Exchange, and the Mexican Stock Exchange, providing broad trading opportunities for investors.
