Amundi Physical Metals plc Finalizes UK Terms for Gold ETC

Amundi Physical Metals plc has issued the final terms for its Amundi Physical Gold ETC, detailed under the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. On September 4, 2026, 270,000 ETC Securities, part of Tranche 910, were issued. The total ETC Securities for the series now stands at 77,368,899.

The ETC Securities program, initially outlined in the Base Prospectus dated May 20, 2019, supersedes its current base issue from April 2026. This issue is mainly focused on the London Stock Exchange, though securities are also listed on markets like Euronext Paris and Deutsche Börse.

The Securities feature an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces, reduced to 0.03961091 as of the subscription trade date. They hold a nominal amount set at USD 5.085. The points of distribution include several major institutions like HSBC Bank plc and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC.
