Amundi Physical Metals plc Initiates New Gold ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc has issued 48,000 ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. Known as Tranche 760, the securities are part of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC Series. The issue pushes the aggregate number of ETC Securities to over 64.5 million. The Series Issue Date was set to May 23, 2019, while the new tranche’s issue date is October 8, 2025.

The securities provide exposure to gold prices, with a metal entitlement initially set at 0.04 fine troy ounces per security, later reduced to 0.03965433. The maturity date extends to May 2118. Trading applications have been submitted for several markets including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange. Total issuance expenses amount to USD 7,517,414.40, with an estimated EUR 3,000 for trading admissions.
