Amundi Physical Metals plc: Issuance Details of Amundi Physical Gold ETC

Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for its issuance of 100,000 ETC Securities under the Amundi Physical Gold ETC. This issuance is identified as Tranche 846 and is part of the wider Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. Importantly, each ETC Security represents a specific metal entitlement, initially set at 0.04 fine troy ounces.

The issuance follows a regulatory framework established by the Prospectus Regulation and is scheduled for maturity by May 2118. The ETC Securities have already been approved for trading on several major exchanges, including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange.

HSBC Bank plc and other financial entities, such as Flow Traders B.V. and BNP Paribas, are involved as authorized participants in this issuance, helping to facilitate transactions and liquidity. The total expense ratio stands at 0.12% annually, while the nominal amount per ETC Security is USD 5.085. These securities are aimed at providing exposure to gold price fluctuations, making them a strategic investment component.
