Amundi Physical Metals plc has issued final terms for a new tranche of its Physical Gold ETC Securities. The tranche, numbered 633, comprises 540,000 securities, bringing the total to over 51 million for this series. These securities are part of Amundi's secured precious metal linked program. The issue date for this tranche is December 17, 2024, with a maturity slated for May 23, 2118.

The securities aim to provide investors with exposure to gold prices, backed by a metal entitlement of 0.03969309 fine troy ounces per security at issuance. The nominal amount per security is set at USD 5.085. Amundi's ETCs are listed on multiple major exchanges, including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange.

Amundi has identified several authorized participants, including HSBC and BNP Paribas, for these securities with a total expense ratio of 0.12% annually. Total estimated net proceeds are USD 56,994,786, and the estimated listing expenses are €3,000.
