Amundi Physical Metals Plc: Issue of New Tranche of ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals Plc has announced the final terms for the issuance of a new tranche of its Amundi Physical Gold ETC Securities. On July 18, 2025, a total of 19,000 ETC Securities will be issued under tranche 724 of the program. This brings the total number of ETC Securities in series to 61,265,359. These securities provide an investment opportunity linked to the price of gold.
The initial metal entitlement upon issuance is set at 0.03966503 fine troy ounces per security, down from the original 0.04 fine troy ounces. This tranche has a specified maturity date of May 2118. The securities will be admitted to major stock exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, and the London Stock Exchange, among others.
The offering is predominantly aimed at markets in Europe, including Austria, Germany, and France, with the listing also available on the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange. The total expense ratio is 0.12% per annum, and the nominal amount per ETC Security is USD 5.085. The ETC Securities are considered secured, limited recourse instruments linked to gold's price.
