Amundi Physical Metals Plc Issues New ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the issuance of a new tranche of its Amundi Physical Gold ETC. The issuance, dated 27 August 2025, comprises 304,000 ETC Securities, expanding the series total to 63,384,859 securities. These are issued under Amundi's Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The Initial Metal Entitlement at launch was 0.04 fine troy ounces, slightly adjusted to 0.0396602 for this tranche.
The ETC Securities will be listed on various exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, the Deutsche Börse, and the London Stock Exchange, offering broad exposure to investors. HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC are among the authorised participants. The Total Expense Ratio for these securities is set at 0.12% annually.
The maturity date for this series is set for 23 May 2118. The nominal amount is USD 5.085 per security, aligning with a specified interest amount of USD 0.051. Amundi's move aims to provide investors a robust avenue to gain exposure to gold prices via secured, trade-listed securities.
