Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues New ETC Securities Tranche
Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for Tranche 837 of its Amundi Physical Gold ETC securities. The issue comprises 125,000 ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This addition brings the aggregate number to 68,555,359. The Series was initially offered on 24 May 2019, and this tranche was issued on 24 March 2026. Investors are exposed to gold prices, with the metal entitlement set at 0.03963281 fine troy ounces per security for this tranche.
The ETCs are set to mature on 23 May 2118. The nominal amount per security is USD 5.085, with a total expense ratio of 0.12% annually. The securities have achieved listings across major exchanges including Euronext Paris, Amsterdam, and the London Stock Exchange. Key authorized participants include HSBC Bank and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC. Net proceeds for this issue are estimated at USD 22,603,337.50.
