Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues New ETC Securities Tranche
Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for a new issuance under its Amundi Physical Gold ETC program. The issuance comprises 23,000 ETC Securities, designated as Tranche 660, with a scheduled maturity date of May 23, 2118. The initial metal entitlement for these securities is pegged at 0.04 fine troy ounces.
The ETC Securities are linked to gold and offer investors exposure to price movements in the precious metal. The issue date for this tranche is set for February 10, 2025. With these securities, the total aggregate number now stands at 57,170,059.00.
Various institutions, including HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC, are authorized participants. The securities are set to be listed on several European exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Deutsche Börse, and the London Stock Exchange.
