Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues New Gold ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc has issued 491,600 ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This tranche, specifically part of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC Series, adds to a total of 56,931,959 securities in the series. The issuance, effective from 3 February 2025, aligns with the Base Prospectus approved on 3 May 2024.

The ETC Securities are linked to the price of gold, with an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces per security. The new tranche registers a slightly reduced metal entitlement at 0.03968682 ounces. Scheduled to mature on 23 May 2118, the Securities are now listed and trading on major exchanges including Euronext Paris, the London Stock Exchange, and others.

HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, and several other financial entities are listed as Authorised Participants. A Total Expense Ratio of 0.12% per annum applies, and the specified interest amount per security is set at USD 0.051.
