Amundi Physical Metals Plc Issues New Gold ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals Plc has issued 490,000 ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This marks the 872nd tranche of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC. The issuance is based on the contractual terms defined in the Base Prospectus from 2019, supplemented in 2020, and the current Base Prospectus approved in 2026 by the Central Bank of Ireland. The ETC Securities offer exposure to gold prices and have been admitted for trading on several exchanges, including Euronext Paris, the Deutsche Börse, and the London Stock Exchange.

The ETC Securities have an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces, with a total expense ratio of 0.12% per annum. The issuance is part of a broader strategic plan aimed at providing investors with secured, gold-linked securities. The total nominal amount is USD 5.085, with a specified interest amount of USD 0.051. Major financial entities like HSBC Bank and BNP Paribas are among the authorised participants in this issuance.
