Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues New Gold ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the issuance of 60,000 ETC Securities as Tranche 888 under its Amundi Physical Gold ETC programme. These securities aim to provide exposure to the gold market, with a scheduled maturity date set for May 23, 2118. The offer covers several European countries and extends to other regions where compliant base prospectuses have been published.

These ETC Securities are pegged to the performance of gold, with an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces at the series issue date. The securities will be traded on major stock exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, and the London Stock Exchange, among others. HSBC, BNP Paribas, and other financial giants serve as authorised participants facilitating these transactions.

The total expense of maintaining these securities is noted at 0.12% annually. Investors should be cautious, as investments in such securities may entail risks, including potential capital loss.
