Amundi Physical Metals Plc Issues New Gold-Linked Securities

Amundi Physical Metals Plc has issued 56,000 ETC Securities as part of its ongoing Amundi Physical Gold ETC series. This new tranche is part of the 714th series of ETCs in their Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme, and brings the total number of ETC Securities in this series to 59,373,859.

The newly issued ETC Securities have a metal entitlement of 0.03966764 fine troy ounces and were issued on 30 June 2025, with a scheduled maturity date of 23 May 2118. This offering is listed on major European exchanges including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, and the London Stock Exchange.

The programme allows investors to gain exposure to the price of gold, with a Total Expense Ratio (TER) of 0.12% per annum. The issue price per ETC Security is represented by a nominal amount of USD 5.085.

Key authorized participants in this issuance include HSBC Bank Plc and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC, among others. The securities are designed for trading on multiple acknowledged markets, enhancing access for investors globally.
