Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues New Tranche of ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the issuance of 44,000 ETC Securities under the Amundi Physical Gold ETC programme. This tranche is number 716 in the series. The ETC Securities are linked to precious metals and are issued under the UK Prospectus Regulation.
The securities have an aggregate number of 59,537,859, with an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces per unit, reducing slightly for this tranche. The issue date for these securities was July 4, 2025.
Applications for trading have been submitted to Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, London Stock Exchange, and the Mexican Stock Exchange. The ETC Securities are also open for offers in several European countries.
The total expense ratio is set at 0.12% per annum, while the nominal amount is USD 5.085 per security, with a specified interest amount of USD 0.051.
