Amundi Physical Metals Plc Issues New Tranche of Gold-Backed Securities
Amundi Physical Metals Plc has announced the issuance of 430,000 ETC Securities as part of its Amundi Physical Gold ETC, representing Tranche 755 under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This issuance adds to the aggregate number of 64,320,259 ETC Securities in the series. Each security is linked to the performance of gold, with an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces.
The issue date for the new tranche is set for October 1, 2025, with these securities maturing on May 23, 2118. The securities will be listed and traded on several major stock exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Deutsche Börse, and the London Stock Exchange. The Total Expense Ratio stands at 0.12% per annum.
HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC are among the authorized participants involved in the issuance. Amundi's new ETC securities provide investors exposure to gold prices, with a nominal amount set at USD 5.085 per security.
