Amundi Physical Metals Plc Issues New Tranche of Gold ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals Plc has announced the issuance of 142,000 ETC Securities in its Amundi Physical Gold ETC series. This marks the 741st tranche, expanding the aggregate number of ETC securities to over 63.5 million.
The new issuance, dated 28 August 2025, is part of a broader program secured against precious metals. The initial metal entitlement per security commenced at 0.04 troy ounces, now slightly adjusted to 0.03965968. The nominal amount per security is set at USD 5.085, with a specified interest amount of USD 0.051.
The securities will be listed on several major exchanges, including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange. The total expense ratio stands at 0.12% annually.
The securities are issued under a program established to provide exposure to the gold market. HSBC Bank, BNP Paribas, and others act as authorized participants for this issuance.
