Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues New Tranche of Gold ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the issuance of a new tranche of its Gold ETC Securities. The tranche, numbered 718, consists of 114,000 ETC Securities, augmenting the total to 59,696,859 in the Series. This issuance falls under Amundi's Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The new ETC Securities aim to provide investors exposure to the price of gold.
These ETC Securities, with an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces, are scheduled to mature in May 2118. The issuance has been approved by the Central Bank of Ireland and offers a total expense ratio of 0.12% annually. Applications have been made for these securities to be traded across major European stock exchanges, including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange.
The financial agents involved include HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC. The nominal amount per ETC Security is USD 5.085, with an interest amount of USD 0.051. The estimated net proceeds from this issue are USD 14,989,073.40.
