Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues New Tranche of Gold-Linked ETC Securities

On 6 November 2025, Amundi Physical Metals plc announced the issuance of a new tranche of its Physical Gold ETC securities. This tranche, identified as Tranche 773, consists of 40,000 ETC Securities under the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The issuance brings the total number of ETC securities in the series to 66,259,759.

The ETC Securities will be admitted to trading on several major stock exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, the Deutsche Börse, and the London Stock Exchange. The securities are designed to provide investors exposure to the price of gold, with an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces, which adjusts to 0.03965055 based on current subscription terms.

The offer is targeted at investors across Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and other EU states. HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, and Flow Traders B.V. are among the authorised participants managing the issuance.
