Amundi Physical Metals Plc Launches New Gold ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc announced the issuance of 45,000 new ETC Securities under its Amundi Physical Gold ETC series as detailed in its final terms dated 7 July 2025. These securities fall under the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme with a scheduled maturity date of 23 May 2118. The total issued series now holds 59,582,859 ETC Securities.
The initial metal entitlement for these securities stands at 0.04 fine troy ounces, with a current entitlement of 0.0396662. The ETC Securities will be listed for trading on several exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, and the London Stock Exchange. Amundi aims to provide investors with exposure to the price of gold through these securities.
The Total Expense Ratio for these securities is 0.12% per annum, with a nominal amount of USD 5.085, equivalent to 10% of the initial issue price. A network of authorized participants including HSBC Bank and BNP Paribas ensures liquidity for these traded securities.
