Amundi Physical Metals plc: New Gold ETC Securities Issuance
Amundi Physical Metals plc has finalized the terms for issuing new ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This latest issuance involves 55,000 ETC Securities, identified as Tranche 891 of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC series, enhancing the total number of ETC Securities in this series to over 68 million.
The issuance date for this tranche is set for August 7, 2026, with a scheduled maturity date extending to May 23, 2118. The initial metal entitlement is 0.04 fine troy ounces, slightly decreasing for this tranche to 0.03961482. The securities are set to be listed on major European exchanges, as well as the London Stock Exchange and the Mexican Stock Exchange.
Additional authorized participants include HSBC Bank plc and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC, among others. The total expense ratio stands at 0.12% per annum. This issuance aims to provide investors exposure to gold prices through ETC Securities.
