Amundi Physical Metals plc: UK Final Terms for Gold ETC
Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for the issuance of 445,000 ETC Securities under its Amundi Physical Gold ETC programme. These securities are part of Tranche 806, providing investors with exposure to the price of gold. Issued on 15 January 2026, the securities are scheduled to mature in May 2118.
The total expense ratio is set at 0.12% per annum, and the nominal amount per security is USD 5.085, calculated as 10% of the issue price since the series issue date. The securities enable investors to track the price of gold, offering a metal entitlement initially set at 0.04 fine troy ounces per ETC, which has since adjusted to 0.03964142.
Admission applications have been made for multiple stock exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, and the London Stock Exchange. Additional authorized participants include HSBC Bank plc and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC, among others.
