Amundi Physical Metals plc: UK Final Terms Released
Amundi Physical Metals plc has issued its final terms for a tranche of its Physical Gold ETC. This tranche consists of 28,000 ETC Securities, marking it as Tranche 639 under its secured program. The series issue date is set for 2 January 2025, with a substantial total of 52,803,759 securities in the series. The initial metal entitlement is stipulated at 0.04 fine troy ounces, slightly adjusted to 0.03969087 at the subscription date.
This issuance is part of Amundi's drive to offer products linked to the price of gold, allowing investors exposure to precious metals. The securities are set up with an expense ratio of 0.12% annually. Regulatory approval and board consent have been obtained, supporting the structured programme under UK Prospectus Regulations.
Additionally, the tranche will be admitted to trade on multiple major exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, and the London Stock Exchange. Applications are also made for trading on the Deutsche Börse and the Borsa Italiana. Notable authorised participants include banks and financial entities such as HSBC Bank plc and Merrill Lynch International. The estimated expenses for trading admission stand at €3,000.
