Amundi Physical Metals: UK Final Terms
Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for the issuance of its Amundi Physical Gold ETC Securities. The tranche consists of 60,600 securities, part of the broader series first issued on 23 May 2019. These securities are linked to precious metals and intend to offer exposure to gold prices.
The initial metal entitlement stood at 0.04 fine troy ounces per ETC; this has slightly decreased for the current tranche. The scheduled maturity date extends far into the future, set for 23 May 2118. The total expense ratio for managing these securities is 0.12% annually.
The securities are slated for trading on major European exchanges, including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange, expanding access to a diverse investor base. Significant participants involved in the offering include HSBC Bank plc and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC, among others.
