Amundi Physical Metals plc: ETC Securities Issuance Update
Amundi Physical Metals plc announced the final terms for its 865th tranche of Amundi Physical Gold ETC. The company has issued 250,000 ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme, set to mature on May 23, 2118.
The initial metal entitlement was set at 0.04 fine troy ounces. This entitlement slightly decreased to 0.03962382 by the subscription trade date of the current tranche. With the issue date on June 1, 2026, the series’ total ETC Securities have risen to 68,840,237.
The ETC Securities will be traded on major European exchanges, including Euronext Paris, the London Stock Exchange, and Deutsche Börse. The total expense ratio is 0.12% annually, while the nominal amount per security is USD 5.085.
Amundi emphasizes these securities as a means to gain exposure to gold prices, reinforcing its presence in the market for precious metal-linked investments.
