Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms for Gold ETC Issuance
Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for its Amundi Physical Gold ETC securities issuance. The issue includes 805,000 securities, marking the 650th tranche under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The issuance adheres to the conditions outlined in the 2019 Base Prospectus and its subsequent supplements.
The securities offer a 0.04 fine troy ounces initial metal entitlement, slightly reduced to 0.039688 at the subscription date. The scheduled maturity date extends to May 23, 2118. The total issuance, post current tranche, stands at 56,078,159 ETC Securities.
These securities are now listed on multiple exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, London Stock Exchange, and the Mexican Stock Exchange. The nominal amount per security equals USD 5.085, while total estimated net proceeds are USD 87,469,529, with related expenses estimated at €3,000.
