Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms for Gold ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc announced the final terms for a new tranche of their Amundi Physical Gold ETC securities. Tranche 908 consists of 71,631 ETC securities, as part of a larger issuance program. These securities provide investors the opportunity to gain exposure to gold prices through secure, precious metal-linked ETCs.
The series, launched in May 2019, will mature in May 2118. This tranche's issue date is set for September 3, 2026, with a nominal amount of USD 5.085 per security. The total expense ratio for the ETCs is 0.12% per annum.
The securities are set to be listed on several major exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, the Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, and the London Stock Exchange. The move follows the issuer's strategy to broaden investor access across Europe and beyond.
Amundi Physical Metals plc, a public company in Ireland, leads this initiative with regulated approval from the Central Bank of Ireland. Prominent financial institutions like HSBC, BNP Paribas, and others participate in this issuance.
