Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms for Gold-Linked Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for its latest issuance of exchange-traded commodities (ETC) securities, specifically tranche 811 of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC. The issued volume is 130,000 ETC Securities. This issuance forms part of its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme.

The ETC Securities are linked to gold, with an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces per security upon issuance. The series issue date is 24 May 2019, with a scheduled maturity date of 23 May 2118. The securities will be traded across major exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Deutsche Börse, and the London Stock Exchange.

Flow Traders B.V. has been named as an authorized participant. The Total Expense Ratio for the ETC is set at 0.12% per annum. The nominal and specified interest amounts are USD 5.085 and USD 0.051, respectively. This issuance allows investors exposure to gold price fluctuations under regulated European standards.
