Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms of Gold ETC Issuance
Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for the issuance of 30,000 ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This issuance forms Tranche 885 of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC. The aggregate number of ETC Securities, post-issuance, will total 67,577,037.00.
The issue date for this tranche is scheduled for 24 July 2026, with the initial metal entitlement set at 0.04 fine troy ounces. The series is listed on several exchanges, including the London Stock Exchange and Euronext Paris, among others.
The authorizing offerors include major financial institutions such as HSBC Bank plc and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC. The total expense ratio is set at 0.12% per annum, with a nominal amount established at USD 5.085. The specifications and conditions align with the Base Prospectus from 2019, following regulatory guidelines.
