Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms of Gold ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for a new issue of ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The issue consists of 950,000 ETC Securities, part of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC series, marking the 648th tranche. These securities offer exposure to gold prices, with an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces per ETC upon issue. The series began on May 23, 2019, and the latest tranche will be issued on January 21, 2025, with a maturity date set for May 23, 2118.
The ETC Securities will be listed across several major European exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, and others, with total expected net proceeds amounting to USD 102,374,185. The expense ratio is set at 0.12% per annum, reflecting the cost structure for investors. This issuance has secured approval under the EU Prospectus Regulation, backed by notable authorized participants including HSBC and BNP Paribas.
