Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms of Gold ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc has issued the final terms for its gold-backed ETC Securities, part of its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The latest tranche, numbered 919, involves the issue of 75,000 ETC Securities, with a Series Issue Date of 23 May 2019 and a scheduled maturity date of 23 May 2118. The total aggregate number of securities following this issuance will be 80,062,899.

Each security is linked to an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces, which is slightly reduced for this tranche to 0.03960766 ounces. The securities, already listed on major European exchanges and the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange, are slated for further trading opportunities. Managed with a total expense ratio of 0.12% per annum, HSBC Bank plc and other key financial entities are authorized participants.
