Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms Released for New ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc has published the final terms for a new tranche under their Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This tranche consists of 130,000 ETC Securities of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC, adding to a total aggregate of 66,410,037 ETC Securities in the series.
The release follows regulatory provisions under the Prospectus Regulation, with the initial metal entitlement set at 0.04 fine troy ounces per security, and 0.03961951 as of the subscription trade date for this tranche. The series issue date is marked as May 23, 2019, with the maturity date projected to be May 23, 2118.
The issue is approved for trading across major platforms, including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange. Notably, the series is already listed on several European exchanges and the Mexican Stock Exchange.
Authorised participants include major financial industry players such as HSBC Bank, Jane Street Financial Limited, and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC. The total expense ratio stands at 0.12% per annum.
