Amundi Physical Metals plc Finalizes Terms for Gold ETC Issue

Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for its issuance of 700,000 ETC Securities under the Amundi Physical Gold ETC program. This issue, identified as Tranche 899, is part of a larger Series with an aggregate number of 72,548,237 ETC Securities.

The ETC Securities relate to Amundi's Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme, offering investors exposure to gold prices. The initial metal entitlement is set at 0.04 fine troy ounces, adjusting slightly for the current tranche.

ETC Securities are scheduled to mature on May 23, 2118. The issue has received board approval, with a nominal amount per security of USD 5.085.

Applications for listing have been made across multiple stock exchanges, including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange. HSBC Bank and several other financial institutions are named as authorized participants.

The total expense ratio is 0.12% per annum, with the offer allowing for non-exempt distribution in several European countries.
