Amundi Physical Metals Plc: Issuance of ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals Plc has released the final terms for the issuance of 6,000 ETC Securities under its Amundi Physical Gold ETC series. This issuance, marked as Tranche 794, adds to the aggregate number of 66,955,759 ETC Securities in this series. These securities are issued under a secured precious metal-linked program.

The ETC Securities will be admitted for trading on several major European exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, and the London Stock Exchange. They will also feature in the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange. The scheduled maturity date for these securities is set for 23 May 2118.

The issuance is designed to offer investors exposure to the gold market, with a total expense ratio set at 0.12% per annum. HSBC Bank plc and other financial entities are authorized participants in this issuance.
