Amundi Physical Metals plc: Issuance of Gold Securities Tranche

Amundi Physical Metals Plc has released the final terms for the issuance of 1,433,000 ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This new tranche, identified as number 795, joins the existing Amundi Physical Gold ETC series, increasing the total to 67,869,759 securities. The initial metal entitlement for this tranche is 0.03964481 fine troy ounces, slightly lower than the series issue date entitlement of 0.04.

The series, which commenced on 23 May 2019, has an extended maturity date set for 23 May 2118. Amundi has made arrangements for the securities to be traded on multiple exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, and the London Stock Exchange, alongside a private placement on the Mexican Stock Exchange.

The total expense ratio is 0.12% per annum, and the nominal amount per security is USD 5.085. Key participants in this issuance include financial entities like HSBC Bank and BNP Paribas. These measures reinforce Amundi's commitment to providing robust gold investment opportunities under its current regulatory framework.
