Amundi Physical Metals plc: Issuance of New ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for the issuance of 30,000 new ETC Securities under its Amundi Physical Gold ETC program. This latest issuance constitutes Tranche 654 and brings the total number of ETC Securities in the series to 56,892,859. An initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces is set for the series.
The issuance date for these securities is scheduled for 29 January 2025, with a maturity date set for 23 May 2118. The total expense ratio is noted at 0.12% per annum, while the nominal amount per security is valued at USD 5.085, with a specified interest amount of USD 0.051.
Applications for listing have been made for several stock exchanges, including Euronext Paris and Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, London Stock Exchange, and the Mexican Stock Exchange's International Quotation System. The estimated total net proceeds stand at USD 3,265,146, with trading admission expenses estimated at €3,000.
