Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for Tranche 861 of its Physical Gold ETC Securities, under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. On 13 May 2026, 225,000 ETC Securities will be issued, contributing to an aggregate of 68,754,237 ETC Securities in this series. The initial metal entitlement is set at 0.04 fine troy ounces, decreasing slightly to 0.03962603. The ETC Securities are listed on multiple exchanges, including the London Stock Exchange, Euronext Paris, and Deutsche Börse.

The issuance aims to attract investors seeking gold exposure, offering a nominal amount of USD 5.085 per security. The total expense ratio stands at 0.12% annually. HSBC Bank plc and other financial institutions are authorized to offer these securities, with total net proceeds estimated at USD 42,164,415.
