Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues New ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for the issuance of 222,600 ETC Securities as part of its Amundi Physical Gold ETC under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The securities are scheduled for issuance on January 20, 2025, and represent Tranche 647 of the series. The initial metal entitlement at the issue date will be 0.04 fine troy ounces, adjusted to 0.03968865 for this tranche.

The ETC Securities will be listed on major European exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, and the London Stock Exchange, alongside the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange. The issue will raise a net proceeds total of USD 23,999,440.92, with related trading admission expenses estimated at €3,000.

The securities are issued under the regulatory framework of the UK Prospectus Regulation and aim to offer investors exposure to the fluctuations in gold prices, with an annual total expense ratio of 0.12%. HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Ltd, and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC are among the authorised participants facilitating this offer.
